Fredi Lua, a 42-year-old Hispanic man, was fatally shot on March 22, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 4:45 p.m. in the 3200 block of Pulaski Highway, a location in Southeast Baltimore. Baltimore police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Lua critically wounded at the scene.
