In the afternoon hours of April 10, 2022, the life of Stefan Hamilton Carter, a 39-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 1:29 p.m., authorities responded to a report of a shooting on the 5500 block of Narcissus Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Carter suffering from gunshot wounds.
Emergency medical services promptly transported him to Sinai Hospital for treatment.
