On October 28, 2009, 21-year-old Brandon Curtis Borders was tragically shot and killed in an alley near 22nd and Saint Xavier Street in Louisville, Kentucky. He and his 17-year-old brother, Timothy O’Connor, were sitting in a car when they were both fatally shot. The incident occurred in the Portland neighborhood, leaving the family devastated and seeking justice.
