Davonte Simms, a 27-year-old resident of Alexandria, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2020, in a double fatal shooting in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The incident occurred around 9:35 p.m. in the 600 block of Audrey Lane.
