Amourre Watkins, a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2020. Watkins was found at approximately 2:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of Cypress Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. Watkins, affectionately known as "Woodah" to his family and friends, had a passion for sports, particularly track and field, and was pursuing his dreams of becoming a rapper.
