Jamal Rowlett, age 20, was tragically shot and killed on December 16, 2007, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred after Rowlett left Club Choices, located on Charles Street. This club had previously been the site of other violent incidents, including a fatal shooting in 2006. Rowlett was targeted as he departed the club late at night, marking yet another loss in a year that had been particularly violent for Baltimore.
