On March 16, 2023, at approximately 8:03 a.m., Baltimore Police officers responded to the 600 block of North Arlington Avenue after receiving reports of a person lying on the street. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Tavon Wilson Jr. unresponsive and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene.
