Marvin Scott, a 32-year-old resident of Windsor Mill, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 16, 2021. The incident occurred in the afternoon when Baltimore County Police were called to the intersection of Dogwood Road and Lord Baltimore Drive. Initially, the call was reported as a shooting, but it was later updated to a single-vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers discovered Scott with at least one gunshot wound to his upper body.
