Kyle Jovan Fulton, a 24-year-old resident of Windsor Mill, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2017. On that evening, Baltimore County police responded to a 911 call reporting an unconscious man lying on the sidewalk near the intersection of Liberty Road and Liberty Place. Upon arrival, officers found Fulton with apparent gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
