Jonathan Michael Watkins, a 20-year-old resident of Windsor Mill, Maryland, was tragically killed in the early hours of September 20, 2014. The incident occurred near Lantern Hill Drive and Sedgemoor Road in Lochearn, Maryland. Watkins was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
