Muhammad Birkdar, a 24-year-old resident of Windsor Mill, Maryland, was tragically shot to death on the night of February 3, 2017. Baltimore County Police responded to a reported shooting in the 7100 block of Rudisill Court in Windsor Mill. Upon arrival, officers found Birkdar lying on the floor inside an apartment with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Birkdar's last known address was in the 100 block of Rogers Cockrell Lane in Dundalk.
