Charles Robert Pugh Jr., aged 29, tragically lost his life on August 19, 2021, in Edgewood, Maryland. The incident occurred during a quadruple shooting in the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way. At approximately 10:10 p.m., Harford County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of a shooting and found Pugh and Jasmine Marie Brooks, 31, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to their upper bodies.
