On the evening of February 10, 2019, 34-year-old Timothy Wayne Youngquist was working as a food delivery driver in Edgewood, Maryland, a job he took on to support his family. At approximately 8:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Monticello Court, his life was cut short in what appeared to be an attempted robbery. Deputies from the Harford County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting and found Youngquist on the ground with a gunshot wound. They immediately began life-saving measures until ...
