Giovanna Gigi Barrera, a 24-year-old woman from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost her life on December 9, 2020. She was killed in the 7600 block of Tarrasa after rollerskating in the area. Giovanna was approached by Daniel Calvillo and Keyana Jones, who attempted to steal her cellphone. When she refused to hand over her phone, Calvillo shot her.
