On September 6, 2015, Rolando Ramos, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred in the 3200 block of Martin Luther King Drive. According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Ramos was involved in a drug deal that turned into a robbery.
