Justin Johnson, a 38-year-old father of five, was tragically shot to death on December 16, 2021, while sitting in his car on Lucia Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland^1^. His death occurred approximately an hour after Baltimore Police Officer Keona Holley was shot while sitting in her patrol car^1^.
