In the early morning hours of February 2, 2020, the life of 29-year-old Marvin Kosh, a Black male, was tragically cut short on the 2200 block of West Saratoga Street in Baltimore, Maryland. Responding to a call at approximately 2:56 a.m., police discovered Kosh inside a 2019 Kia Optima, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
