In the evening hours of February 3, 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in a Baltimore neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Troy Biggus, a 21-year-old Black male, was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred in the 700 block of North Rose Street. First responders and police arrived at the scene to find a grim situation, and despite efforts to save him, Biggus succumbed to his injuries.
