Troy Dorell Biggus, aged 21, was fatally shot on February 3, 2016, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident took place near the 700 block of Rose Street. Biggus was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and despite emergency response efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. His death was one of several homicides during that period, contributing to the city's mounting homicide count in 2016, which ended the year with more than 300 violent deaths.
