Marvin Moore, a 42-year-old Black man, was shot in the early minutes of June 18, 2024, in West Baltimore. Just after midnight, patrol officers were called to the 1100 block of Stoddard Court for reports of gunfire, and they found Moore gravely wounded. Paramedics rushed him to a hospital, but he did not survive.

Detectives later pieced together a timeline that placed the shooting at McCulloh Homes, where city surveillance played a key role in the investigation. According to court records ...
