Mousa Mohammad Jaber, a 64-year-old male, was a familiar and well-liked figure in his northwest Baltimore neighborhood, where he had owned the Stop One Grocery and Deli on Garrison Boulevard for more than two decades. On the night of December 15, 2018, his life was tragically cut short in an act of violence that shook the community. At approximately 10:34 p.m., while outside of his convenience store, Jaber was confronted by a group of individuals.
