Uriel Quinones, age 21, was fatally shot on November 12, 2013, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident took place in the Lower West Side neighborhood. Uriel was found with multiple gunshot wounds late in the evening, around 11:30 p.m., near the 2300 block of West 22nd Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly thereafter.
