On a cold winter evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Just after 8:00 p.m. on December 29, 2021, gunshots echoed through the 5600 block of Woodmont Avenue, leaving 28-year-old Darius Walker, a Black male, with fatal injuries. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found Walker suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
