Upon arrival, they discovered Mr. Gray outside, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Prince George's County Police Department's Homicide Unit took charge of the investigation, as they handle all homicides

Following his arrest, he was held in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status, awaiting further legal proceedings.
