In the early morning hours of a summer day in Parkville, Maryland, a distressing scene unfolded that would end the life of Veronica Ramirez. On Sunday, July 10, 2022, police were dispatched to a residence in the 8700 block of Lakawanna Avenue around 4:30 a.m. following a report of an assault. Upon their arrival, they discovered 47-year-old Veronica Ramirez suffering from severe trauma.
