Stanley Ramey, a 28-year-old resident of District Heights, Maryland, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2022. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex located on Rochelle Avenue. When officers from the Prince George's County Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Ramey with gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead on the scene.
