In the late evening of August 17, 2022, the life of 28-year-old Stanley Ramey of District Heights, Maryland, was tragically cut short. At approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to the 2100 block of Rochelle Avenue for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered a male, later identified as Stanley Ramey, in the parking lot of an apartment complex suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
