Jessie William Lundy, a 30-year-old male, served as the Chief of Police in Leesville, South Carolina. His life was cut short on February 16, 1988, due to a tragic accident that occurred during a drug raid the day before. While executing the raid on February 15, 1988, Chief Lundy was unintentionally shot by another officer.
