Jamal Gainey, a 25-year-old father of two, was tragically killed on the night of March 16, 2014, in Cheraw, South Carolina. Gainey was sitting in his car outside Jay's Tobacco on Second Street when an unknown assailant approached his vehicle, pointed a gun inside, and fired a single shot that struck Gainey in the right side.
