In the early morning hours of July 12, 2020, a violent altercation that began at a club in Marlboro County tragically culminated in the shooting death of 23-year-old Kwondashian Rah-mell Johnson in Cheraw, South Carolina. The fatal encounter unfolded at the Dizzy Gillespie Apartments, where Johnson was found inside a parked vehicle with a gunshot wound to the head.
