In the summer of 2014, a domestic dispute in Columbia, South Carolina, escalated into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 23-year-old Dajuan N. Harris. On the morning of July 2nd, shots rang out inside an apartment at the Brook Pines Apartment complex, prompting a swift response from law enforcement. When Richland County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the scene, they discovered Harris had been shot multiple times in his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
