In the late hours of an autumn evening in Columbia, South Carolina, a dispute tragically escalated, claiming the life of 31-year-old Paris Lavelle Pralour, a Black male. On October 10, 2020, at a residence on Rosewood Drive, an argument involving Pralour and a woman acquainted with another man, Ra'Keesh Youmans, took a fatal turn. In the ensuing confrontation, Pralour was shot.
