Joseph Lanard James, aged 44, tragically lost his life on the night of May 12, 2018, in Columbia, South Carolina. The incident occurred just after 11 PM near the 2000 block of Smith Street, close to Shop Road. Joseph was found at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso, and he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
