Christopher Prime Time Bernard, a 9-year-old boy from Columbia, South Carolina, tragically passed away on December 19, 2022. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of Weston Road in Hopkins, a suburb of Columbia. According to the Richland County Sheriff's Department, the death was ruled accidental.
