Death by Force

On February 25, 2024, 35-year-old Kokayi Livingston of Wilson, North Carolina, was fatally shot at the Carrington Place Apartments in Columbia, South Carolina. Richland County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to the scene and found Livingston unresponsive in the breezeway of one of the apartment buildings.
