In the winter of 2019, the life of 23-year-old Keon Marquis Tucker was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Columbia, South Carolina. On the night of Saturday, December 21st, Tucker was attending a gathering on Norman Street, a somber occasion following the funeral of another young man who had himself been a victim of gun violence just a week prior.
