Isaiah Thomas Martin Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 26, 2019. Isaiah, affectionately known as "JR" by his loved ones, was found with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the Arrington Place Apartments located at 1728 Carnegie Street. Despite being transported to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead due to the severity of his injuries.
