Tolliver Wise, a 29-year-old resident of Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2019. The incident occurred at McCary's Bar and Grill on Bush River Road. On that fateful night, Ernest Condre Bethel, who had previously been banned from the bar, attempted to enter the establishment armed with a pistol.
