On a summer day in 2014, the life of Charles Emmett Grogan, a 77-year-old male, was brought to a violent end. The incident that claimed his life unfolded on Sheep Leg Road in South Carolina on the Fourth of July. It was later determined that Grogan died as a result of gun violence.
