In the early hours of April 7, 2015, the life of 31-year-old Amanda J. Smith was tragically cut short in her Aiken, South Carolina home. A 911 call reporting a shooting at her Crossroads Park Drive residence was received by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office at approximately 12:24 AM. Upon their arrival, deputies discovered Amanda suffering from a gunshot wound to her stomach. She was rushed to Aiken Regional Medical Center, but tragically, she was pronounced dead at 1:18 AM.
