Wendy Rae Bogard, aged 56, tragically passed away on March 18, 2016, in Aiken, South Carolina. Wendy was a beloved member of her community, known for her love of horses and her infectious laughter. She was the daughter of Max Neal Brown and Gloria Carol Gilbert Brawn, and she left behind a daughter, Amelia Lourene Russell-Scollon.
