Loyde Lee Williams, also known as SSGT Loyde Leelan Williams, passed away on July 16, 2015, at the age of 85 in Goose Creek, South Carolina. He was a retired U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant and a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Williams was also a former pastor of the Lord's Church of Beverly Hills and a retired quality control technician at the Charleston Naval Shipyard. Additionally, he was one of the first paid firemen in Goose Creek.
