Charles William Best Jr., age 30, tragically passed away on March 31, 2016, in Charleston, South Carolina. His death occurred on the Ravenel Bridge, where he and another individual, Lindsey Bedenk, were found with self-inflicted gunshot wounds to the mouth. Authorities from the Mt.
