In the early morning hours of May 6, 2020, De'Andre Rivers was discovered deceased in the driver's seat of a parked car on Gullah Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina. A native of Goose Creek, he had been fatally shot. The investigation into his death would unravel a complex plot orchestrated from behind prison walls.
