In the early morning hours of June 18, 2019, the life of Bryan Richard Cozart, a 29-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. He was a resident of North Charleston, remembered by his family for the constant smile he wore, accentuated by his distinct dimples. Those who knew him recalled a man with a big heart, always willing to help others. He had a deep affection for the beach and had enjoyed living in the Charleston area for several years.
