In the early morning hours of a November Sunday in 2016, a dispute in the parking lot of a Huddle House restaurant in Marion, South Carolina, ended in the tragic death of 20-year-old Raishaun Graves. The young man was fatally shot following an altercation, a violent end to what should have been an ordinary night out.
