Steven Howard, aged 26, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2016, in Marion, South Carolina. The incident occurred on Jones Avenue, where Howard was fatally shot in the chest. The shooting took place in the evening, and despite efforts to save him, Howard succumbed to his injuries.
