Liston Phillips, a 58-year-old resident of Marion, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 24, 2016. Phillips was found shot to death while sitting inside a car on Jones Avenue just after midnight. The incident was reported to the authorities by a passerby who heard gunshots. The motive behind this heinous crime was determined to be robbery.
