Elijah Blackwell, a 20-year-old resident of Marion, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2019. The incident occurred late at night on Watsonia Street, where Blackwell was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and discovering Blackwell's body behind some apartments.
