identify a suspect. Jaquan Tyshaun Thompson, who was 17 at the time of the incident, was taken into custody on January 11, 2019. He was subsequently charged with the murder of Elijah Blackwell. Following his arrest, Thompson was denied bond and booked into the Marion County Detention Center.
