Freddie Lee Woodberry, a 29-year-old man from Marion, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2017. Known affectionately as 'Monk' to his friends and family, Woodberry was shot multiple times on Pickens Street in front of the Rosewood housing complex. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. At the time of his death, Woodberry was remembered as an outgoing and wonderful person who was always willing to help those in need.
