On a summer evening in Greenville, South Carolina, a tragic series of events led to the death of 25-year-old Candy Esther Rosario. On July 14, 2017, Rosario was involved in a heated altercation with a man identified as Ramiro Bravo Ramirez. The dispute escalated, spilling onto White Horse Road near the intersection with Lilly Street. What began as a confrontation turned into a desperate chase as Rosario fled from Ramirez.
