Kenoshia Yvonne Wheeler, 29, a Black/African American woman, was found fatally wounded inside a residence on Beattie Street in Greenville, South Carolina, on October 2, 2025. First responders were initially dispatched for a reported cardiac arrest, but upon arrival they discovered that Kenoshia Yvonne Wheeler, 29, had sustained at least one gunshot wound. The Greenville County Coroner ruled the death a homicide at the scene, fixing the timeline to Thursday, October 2, 2025, in Greenville.
